These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vantage Sport Courts website at vantagesportcourts.com and your engagement of our residential sport court installation services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before booking a consultation or entering into a service agreement with Vantage Sport Courts.

Vantage Sport Courts provides residential sport court tile installation services within 150 miles of Defiance, Ohio. Our services include in-home consultations, custom court design, tile procurement, and professional installation.

All services are subject to a separate written service agreement and proposal. These Terms govern general use of our website and initial engagement only.

In-home consultations are provided free of charge with no obligation. Scheduling a consultation does not create a contractual obligation on the part of either party to proceed with installation services.

We ask that you provide accurate information about your space and location when booking. Consultations outside our 150-mile service area may be declined.

Installation services commence upon execution of a written service agreement and receipt of a 50% deposit. The deposit is used to initiate custom tile manufacturing and secure your installation slot.

Deposit refund policy: Deposits are refundable within 72 hours of signing. After 72 hours, if tile manufacturing has been initiated, deposits may be non-refundable or subject to a restocking fee reflecting actual manufacturing costs incurred.

The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of installation.

Installation timelines are estimates based on custom tile manufacturing lead times. We estimate 60-90 days from contract signing to completed installation. Actual timelines may vary due to manufacturing delays, shipping, weather, or other factors outside our control.

We will communicate proactively if your timeline is affected. Delays do not constitute grounds for deposit refund unless Vantage Sport Courts is unable to complete the installation entirely.

Customer is responsible for ensuring the installation site meets the following requirements prior to installation:

• A solid, flat, level surface — concrete, asphalt, or equivalent
• The installation area is clear and accessible on the scheduled installation date
• Adequate access for our installation team and materials

Vantage Sport Courts is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from site conditions that do not meet these requirements. Additional site preparation charges may apply if conditions require remediation.

Vantage Sport Courts warrants that installation work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We will remedy any installation defects reported within 30 days of installation completion at no additional charge.

Tile product warranties are provided by the manufacturer (UNISPORT) and are separate from our installation warranty. We will assist customers in pursuing manufacturer warranty claims where applicable.

Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or site conditions outside our control.

Vantage Sport Courts carries general liability insurance. In the event of damage to your property caused directly by our installation team, we will work with our insurer to address the claim promptly.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific installation giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost use of property during installation.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Copy or reproduce website content without written permission

All content on the Vantage Sport Courts website — including text, images, logo, design, and code — is owned by Vantage Sport Courts and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Defiance County, Ohio.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
